Refund Policy for the Digital Guide
I’ve put a lot of time and care into this guide, and I genuinely want it to be helpful for you. But if for any reason it doesn’t feel like the right fit, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Just send me a message at vladislav@oceanpath.store, I’ll take care of it personally.
This refund policy applies only to the digital guide.
(Physical products follow a separate return policy.)
Returns & Exchanges for Physical Products
Please do not send returns anywhere until you have contacted us. To start a return, you can contact us at info@oceanpath.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
YOU RECEIVED WRONG ITEM: Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please attach a photo of the incorrect item you have received before you submit the request.
PACKAGE LOST IN TRANSIT: If you have provided us with the correct address and the package has not arrived within the estimated shipping time as per our shipping policy, plus 15 business days for possible delays, or there is no update on the tracking info for more than 10 business days, please reach out to us, if we are unable to trace down the package we will re-ship a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 14 business days from the last estimated delivery date so we can assist you with the matter. Once we ship the pacakge the customer is responsible to follow the tracking updates because they often contain important information from the carrier.
YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEM: We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. All orders go through 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged and please include a photo of the damaged good. . Defected items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received.
Order Change Policy
Products are made to order. All sales are final, however defected items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received.
- Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
- Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@oceanpath.store with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@oceanpath.store within a 14 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
